Geographical Reach of GVT
GVT works in ten states (Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh in the west, Orissa, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Bihar and Jharkhand in the east, while Uttar Pradesh & Haryana in the north). The project area is classified as drought prone semi arid region of the country and is pre-dominated by tribal and rural who are poorest of the poor struggling for their very existence.
