Gramin Vikas Trust (GVT) invites applications from the Indian Nations for the following two posts in KVK, Godda, district – Godda (Jharkhand State):
1. Programme Coordinator: 1 (One) Post, Pay-scale: Rs. 12000-18300 (Pre-revised). Essential Qualification: Doctoral degree in relevant field of Agricultural Extension / Agronomy / Plant Breeding/ Livestock Production/ Horticulture / Home Science / Agricultural Engineering / Fisheries / Agroforestry / Soil Science / Plant Protection with 4 years experience as Scientist / Lecturer / Extension Specialist or in an equivalent position in the pay scale of Rs. 8000-13500 having made contribution to research / teaching / extension education as evidenced by published work / innovations. Desirable: Specialization in implementing extension education programmes. Age limit: 45 years.
2. Jr. Steno-cum-Computer Operator: 1 (One) Post, Pay-scale: Rs. 4000-6000 (Pre-revised). Essential qualification: Bachelor Degree with certificate of stenography/typing or Intermediate in Arts with certificate of stenography/typing with at least 2 years experience in a reputed organization. Age limit: As per the norms of Govt. of Jharkhand.
All above pay scales revised in Sixth Pay Commission which will be applicable shortly.
How to apply: Application on plain paper with a passport size photograph and attested copies of documents regarding Date of Birth, Educational Qualification & Experiences etc. must be submitted to the Zonal Programme Manager, GVT, 212, Pani Jahaj Kothi, Kanke Road, Ranchi-834008 (Jharkhand) by registered post only upto 30.06.2010. A Bank Draft of Rs. 250/- for General Category and Rs. 125/- for ST/SC applicants in the name of Gramin Vikas Trust, payable at Ranchi should be attached with the application. Employed persons should send their application through proper channel. Application received after 30.06.2010 will not be entertained. Essential Qualification: Doctoral degree in relevant field of Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Sciences/ Fisheries including relevant basic sciences with 4 years experience as Scientist/Lecturer/Extension Specialist or in an equivalent position in the pay scale of Rs. 8000-13500 having made contribution to research/ teaching/ extension education as evidenced by published work/ innovations. Desirable: Specialization in implementing extension education programmes. 2. Subject Matter Specialist (Home Science): 01 (One) Post: Pay-scale Rs. 8000-13500. Essential Qualification: Master Degree in Home Science and Horticulture from a recognized university. Desirable: 2 year experience in KVK. 3. Jr. Steno-cum-Computer Operator: 1 (One) Post, Pay-scale: Rs. 4000-6000. Essential qualification: Bachelor Degree with certificate of stenography / typing or Intermediate in Arts with certificate of stenography/ typing with at least 2 years experience in a reputed organization. All Pay Scales subject to revision, if any. Age limit: For Sl. No. 1, upper age limit: 45 years. The age consideration for sl. No. 2 & 3 will be as per the norms of Govt. of Jharkhand. Reservation: Post of Sl. No. 3 is reserved for Orthopaedically Handicapped (OH). CORRIGENDUM
Reference to our advertisement published in Employment News on
19.12.09. In SI. No. 2 please read Essential Qualification as Master Degree in Home Science from a recognized university instead of Master Degree in Home Science and Horticulture from a recognized university. The last date of application is 21.01.2010 instead of 15.01.2010. Rest things in the advertisement remains same.
